Veg Box Policy


  • Deliveries are on a Thursday.

  • You can have your delivery weekly, fortnightly, or as a one of

  • Pick up from the farm or Highland Wholefoods is also an option. Pickup from the farm is possible from 10am and 1pm from Highland Wholefoods on Thursday, but also Friday or Saturday at the latest.

  • Delivery time is not guaranteed - depending on a number of factors

  • We like to reuse the cardboard boxes as long as possible so would be grateful if empty boxes could be left somewhere dry for us to collect


  • Please fill in the new customer form to allow us to confirm your eligibility for delivery.  This will depend on where the box is due t be delivered.  We will contact you as soon as possible to confirm eligibility.  

  • If delivery is too far away you still have the option to collect the box from the farm, Highland Wholefoods or your workplace, if in Inverness.


  • We pick and pack our boxes on Wednesday so they are ready to leave Thursday morning.  Please take note of the points below so to allow us time to plan, pick and prepare for our customers.

  • If you need to pause your box due to holiday or any other reason, please notify us no later than 1pm Monday of the week the order is due.  If you fail to notify us by this time you will still be charged for the box.

  • If we need to contact you, we will do so via phone or email, so please make sure your details are up to date with us.


  • Invoices based on boxes are made up every 4 weeks and sent via our accounting software and to be paid upon receipt using bank transfer.  If you are expecting an invoice but it does not seem to be in your inbox, it may have landed in junk/spam as it is sent from our quickbooks software... hopefully this doesn't happen.

  • You can contact us to cancel your box at any time.  However, to avoid the chance of being charged for the current week, notify us prior to 1pm Monday please.
